H. Keith Bloch, CPA - Founder and Principal
Keith graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1979 with a BS in accounting. He founded Bloch and Company in 1990, and his business knowledge and 35 years’ experience as a tax specialist in public accounting are a tremendous asset to the firm’s clients. Throughout his career, he has provided services to clients in the areas of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, payroll, sales and estate tax; his services have included write-up, consulting, business planning and estate planning assistance. Keith has industry specialization for tax and consulting work related to oil and gas, real estate, and service-based businesses. He supports clients with CFO-for-hire services and with the sale and/or acquisition of businesses and has years of experience providing clients with litigation support as a qualified expert witness in local courts.
Keith currently serves on the Oklahoma County Employees Retirement Board and is a founding member and CPE coordinator for a local tax education group. From 1992 to 2000, he also regularly wrote tax-related newspaper articles for The Daily Oklahoman. In his spare time, Keith enjoys visiting his son and daughter-in-law in Boston with his wife and going to sporting events, especially football games at his alma mater; in addition, he and his wife have been Oklahoma City Thunder season ticket holders since the team’s inception. He is an active member of his church, where he served as a facilitator for eight years in the confirmation program for the youth.
